About Me

Hi I’m May Chan! I’m a freelance 2D Illustrator and Graphic Artist.

Currently, I am a Part-Time Student in Republic Polytechnic studying in Design and Media with a great passion in the arts.
I believe every design is capable of telling more than just visuals and colours, it is capable of creating a story immersive enough to capture and provide personal and engaging experiences and ideas to audiences.

During my 7 years of experience as a freelancer, working with clients from all over the world to provide them with Graphics and Illustrations, I learned a lot about communication and overcame many challenges along the way.
I have a strong foundation in design fundamentals, strong composition in Illustration and storytelling.

I am constantly seeking to learn more and expand outside of my 2D field, I am looking to learn about 3D, coding and video production. I hope to gain an opportunity to work in the Game Industry in the future.
